PushBlack attracts and engages subscribers through our innovative daily Black history and news service, which is based on Facebook Messenger. With this daily relationship, PushBlack encourages 3.8+ million subscribers to raise their voices and take action on critical issues.

A week in the life of our next Editorial Operations Manager:
On Monday, you’re establishing the content schedule for the upcoming week and clearly communicating all deadlines and priorities for the week. You also begin aggregating relevant content and reviewing industry trends/updates from the weekend.
On Tuesday & Wednesday, you’re reviewing quantitative data on story performance (open rates, click-through rates, virality rates, etc.) and distilling key metrics into a report for the Chief Content Officer.
On Thursday, you’ve followed up with content writers who have deadlines quickly approaching, mitigating any issues that arise. You take note of any opportunities for continuous training and development.
On Friday, you begin preparing a research memo on ways to refine and expand our content strategies to help drive new experimentation.
