As many as nine sheriff’s deputy vehicles swarmed Compton Mayor Aja Brown when she was out with her family! They searched her and her husband while her infant screamed.
This is an everyday reality for many, but what’s different is this involved a deadly open secret.
A deputy exposed the racist gangs operating in the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department. It’s been going on for many years, too. They’ve been known for celebrating killings, being white supremacists, and even engaging in sexual abuse. Mayor Brown called them out directly.
She called for an investigation, and said she was tired of these police terrorizing the community.
“You have Executioners, you have gangs in your house,” said another city leader speaking out. But “the Executioners” are one of the MANY police gangs at play.
Sheriff Alex Villanueva denies the existence of these gangs, as people fight to make them go away. However, keep in mind: a former sheriff is in prison for protecting them!
This issue can be addressed directly, and the mayor made it clear what needs to happen.
There’s been talk of cutting their contract and defunding the department. The mayor said she refuses to let her community pay more than $22 million just to be terrorized!
It makes you wonder why any Black community that continually deals with police violence would. All police gangs must go!
