Ignore the naysayers that say, “you doing too much” when you put this delicious, economical, AND Instagrammable salad on the table! Skip the goat cheese and bacon bits to make it even healthier.

#2: Jollof Rice via NYT Cooking

Besides spices, this healthy African rice dish only calls for four main ingredients: rice, onions, peppers, and red sauce. Easy, fast, AND connects you back to Africa!

#3: BBQ Seitan “Chicken” via Make It Dairy Free

This healthy meat substitute tastes JUST like chicken AND has the same consistency – so you won’t miss a thing!

#4: Meatless Stuffing (or Dressing!) via Epicurious

This might be the best thing you can do for your holiday stuffing – make it without meat! It’s still delicious, with healthy spices, onions, celery and mushrooms.

#5 - Five Berry Salad via Eating Well

Ready for dessert? Don’t let bears have all the berries! Cheaper, simpler, and healthier than making pie, a berry salad is a colorful, delicious treat.
