Police Killed Her, Then Fed Into The Narrative Of "Black-On-Black Crime"

In August 2021 8-year-old Fanta Bility was shot to death outside of a Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania high school after a football game. “Police say a drive-by shooting occurred here,” 6ABC reported. “They have three people in custody.”

But that’s not actually what happened.

Gunshot analysis shows with “near certainty” that POLICE actually killed Bility, leading her family to sue.

Police were also responsible for four out of five gunshot victims total! But why were police shooting into a crowd of families leaving a school football game anyway?

When police heard gunfire a block away from the game, they shot 25 times at an approaching car, carelessly hitting bystanders in the crowd. And the people in the car didn’t even have a weapon.

"You are out here killing your own people,” cried a mourning Black community member addressing the assumed “drive-by shooters” in the narrative put forward by police. Gun violence does exist – but this police dishonesty is both strategic and dangerous.

Police lied to the Sharon Hill community to make them believe they need police to protect them from violence – when those same police were the ones responsible for the violence!

When police lie, they not only keep communities from knowing the truth, but they turn us against each other.
